I am a software engineer and I spend 90% of my time typing. I ordered this time my pain was at its worst on the wrist because of my day after day of constant input. When the entry point, it seemed a bit 'smaller than expected, but fits comfortably on my wrist. This showed little benefit, I can delete them if I did not like and keep in your pocket until I need them again.

Recently, a diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome, I invested in several locations around my wrist from further damage measures. This is what I usually use the computer (Handeze early - a little glove box - so I can not say for comfort only comment you are good with the glove). My complaint - this thing is almost impossible to undo (very strong Velcro) was concerned primarily with their hands already in pain. I had my hand on it, then drag the side of the velcro with pliers! Isolved the problem by adding a line card at the end of the band for all but about three quarters "of the clip (hard) hand to capture a free end easily. The manufacturer has to add something.

Isolved the problem by adding a line card at the end of the band for all but about three quarters "of the clip (steep) part, to grasp a free end easily. The manufacturer has to add something like that.

This is the one I use at the computer (on top of the Handeze - a little glove - so I can't remark on comfort except to say it IS comfortable used with the glove). My complaint is - this thing is almost impossible to undo (VERY strong Velcro), especially with hands already affected by pain. I had to somehow wriggle my hand out, then pull apart the Velcro with pliers! I solved the problem by affixing a tab of duct tape on the end of the band, covering all but about 3/4" of the gripper (stiff) part, making a loose end to grab more easily. The manufacturer should add something similar.
