I am dealing with carpal tunnel for several years. I have many different brackets wrist, could not find one that is quite comfortable to wear during sleep. Then I found this and wow! Are adjustable in all dimensions, so as not to guess, S, M and L. The material is very soft and the Velcro is not exposed to not scratch the skin. Better yet, that support the wrist comfortably without feeling going into one. Theses are the best clip!
